What this site is

This is the public job board of Myanmar Talent Job, a recruitment agency. The roles listed are positions we have been engaged to fill by employers. Applying here sends your details to us, and we decide which candidates to put forward.

This site is not a marketplace. There are no candidate accounts, and employers do not browse candidates here.

Applying is free

We never charge candidates — not to apply, not to be shortlisted, not to be placed. Recruitment fees are a matter between us and the employer.

We will also never ask for your bank account details, card number, PIN, password or a one-time code, and you should not send them to us. Nothing in our process requires them.

Anyone asking you for money, or for financial or account details, in our name is not acting for us. Tell us if it happens.

What you tell us must be true

Apply as yourself, with a CV that describes your own history and qualifications. Do not apply on someone else’s behalf without their knowledge, and do not submit details you know to be false.

Employers make hiring decisions on what we send them. A false claim discovered later costs you the role and costs us the employer’s trust, so we withdraw applications we find to be misleading.

What you allow us to do with your application

By applying, you allow us to read your CV, store it in our recruitment system, write a summary of your background, and send both to the employer hiring for the role you applied to — and to other employers where a role fits, unless you tell us not to.

You keep ownership of your CV. This permission exists so we can do the recruiting work, and it ends when you ask us to delete your record. How we handle your information is set out in the Privacy Notice.

We cannot promise you a job

Applying does not guarantee a reply, an interview, or an offer. Employers decide who they hire, and a role can be filled, changed, put on hold or withdrawn at any point.

We try to keep every listing accurate and current, but details such as salary range, location and start date come from the employer and can change.

Using the site properly

Do not:

• Submit applications automatically, in bulk, or repeatedly for the same role.
• Attempt to reach any part of this service that is not public.
• Copy the job listings to republish them elsewhere as your own.
• Upload a file containing anything harmful.

We may stop accepting applications from anyone doing these things.

Availability

We keep the site running as well as we reasonably can, but it may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for a lost opportunity caused by an outage — if the site is down and a closing date matters, contact us directly.

Our content

The wording, layout, logo and job descriptions on this site belong to Myanmar Talent Job or to the employers who supplied them. You may read, print and share pages for your own job search. You may not republish them commercially or present them as your own.

Links to other sites

Where we link to an employer’s website or another service, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information.

For employers

If you contact us about hiring, our working arrangement is set out in the agreement we sign with you, not on this page. Candidate information we send you must be used only to assess that candidate for that role, kept to the people making the hiring decision, not passed on, and disposed of when the hiring is finished.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
