Membership Consultant

Drive and achieve monthly sales targets by promoting membership packages to prospective and existing clients.

Engage prospective members actively, present fitness services, and deliver high-quality customer care.

Manage and navigate target-driven pressures effectively to meet performance expectations.

Accommodate flexible operational demands and work overtime as needed.

High school graduate (Grade 10/Matriculation completed) or above, free from active academic obligations.

Under 28 years of age.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality.

Energetic, proactive mindset with a strong drive to learn and excel.

Ability to work effectively under target-oriented pressures.

Prior experience in Sales or the Fitness industry is highly preferred (fresh candidates with an eager-to-learn attitude are also warmly welcome).
