Senior Site MEP QS Engineer

Review MEP drawings and specifications for quantity take-off and cost estimation.

Prepare BOQ, material take-off, and cost estimates accurately.

Monitor and verify MEP work quantities at the project site.

Prepare progress claims, variations, and subcontractor payment evaluations.

Coordinate with Site Engineers, the Project Team, and relevant departments.

Prepare and maintain QS-related reports and project documentation.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying, preferably in construction projects.

Strong knowledge of MEP drawings, BOQ, quantity take-off, and cost estimation.

Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.

Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with the on-site engineering team.
