Business Development Leader

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and upcoming tenders.

Generate new business leads through calls, emails, client meetings, networking, and industry events.

Build and maintain strong, professional, and long-term relationships with clients.

Coordinate with Engineering and Project Management teams to support tender preparation, submission, and contract-related activities.

Follow up on business opportunities and support new project startups and client relations to achieve strategic business growth.

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Relevant certificates in Estimation, Quantity Surveying, or Business Development are an advantage.

Team Leader: Minimum 6 years of experience in construction, including at least 2 years in a senior/leadership role.

Executive: At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Prior background in Construction Contracts Management and Business Development is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
