QAC Engineer

Implement and maintain project QA/QC procedures and quality standards.

Review engineering drawings, specifications, method statements, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).

Conduct routine site inspections and verify the quality of workmanship across all project stages.

Prepare and manage IR/WIR, inspection checklists, and material/work test reports.

Inspect incoming site materials and ensure strict compliance with approved specifications.

Identify, document, track, and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.

Coordinate formal inspections and testing sessions with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.

Conduct site quality audits and monitor subcontractors' quality performance.

Maintain accurate QA/QC records, inspection reports, test results, and quality documentation.

Compile monthly quality reports and assemble comprehensive project quality dossiers.

Support final inspection, testing, commissioning, and project handover procedures.

B.E. in Civil Engineering.

3–5 years of relevant QA/QC or QAC experience in construction/engineering projects.

Solid capability to read and interpret engineering drawings, structural details, and specifications.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and AutoCAD.

Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail with the ability to perform efficiently under site pressure.

Relevant QA/QC certifications or ISO quality management training is an advantage.
