HR Manager

Lead and oversee full-spectrum HR & Admin operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, attendance, payroll administration, performance appraisal, and employee relations.

Collaborate closely and negotiate effectively with department heads to optimize organizational workflows and enhance workforce productivity.

Supervise general office administration, workplace facilities, and corporate vehicle fleet maintenance operations.

Resolve workplace disputes and organizational challenges strategically, delivering regular operational HR reports and presentations to executive management.

Age between 30 and 40 years old.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline along with a recognized Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM).

Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in the HR field at the Managerial level.

Strong leadership capability, effective communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.

Thorough understanding and practical execution capability across comprehensive HR & Admin workflows.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Email/Internet communication tools.

Sound knowledge of company vehicle inspection and fleet maintenance operations.

High sense of accountability, ownership, and strict adherence to workplace regulations.
