MEP QS Engineer

Perform MEP quantity take-off and prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

Execute cost estimation and maintain budget control for MEP works.

Conduct tender analysis and evaluate subcontractor quotations.

Manage monthly progress valuations and issue payment certifications.

Assess Variation Orders (VO) and evaluate their overall cost impacts.

Carry out site measurements and verify completed works on-site.

Monitor material consumption quantities and maintain tight cost oversight.

Prepare final accounts and handle subcontractor financial settlements.

Coordinate proactively with consultants, contractors, procurement, and site teams.

Prepare MEP cost reports and commercial documentation systematically.

B.E. / A.G.T.I in Mechanical Engineering.

3–5 years of relevant experience in MEP QS or construction projects.

Strong knowledge of MEP quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and cost control.

Proven experience in handling progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office applications.

Good understanding of MEP drawings, technical specifications, and contracts.

High attention to detail with the resilience to work effectively under pressure
