Senior Procurement Executive

Manage end-to-end local and overseas procurement activities.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best quality, cost, and delivery.

Coordinate import/export logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and documentation.

Prepare and manage Purchase Orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve supplier issues.

Support procurement budgeting, cost control, and supplier performance management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and continuously improve procurement processes.

Provide guidance and support to the procurement team

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.

5–8 years of procurement experience with at least 2 years in a senior role.

Strong knowledge of local & overseas sourcing, supplier negotiation, import logistics, Incoterms, and customs regulations.

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); ERP/SAP experience is an advantage.

Good command of written and spoken English
